Pink Shirt Day 2024 Bunnings Competition

Prize Terms and Conditions
  1. The Pink Shirt Day 2024 Bunnings competition is open to schools of New Zealand.  

  2. Entries close at 5pm, Monday 27 May 2024. 

  3. Winners will be chosen by the Mental Health Foundation (MHF) staff members in accordance with these Terms and Conditions by 5pm, Friday 14 June 2024. All decisions are final.  

  4. Employees of the MHF or anyone else connected with the prize events are not eligible to win the prize.  

  5. The prize winners will be notified via email and contacted by an MHF staff member.  

  6. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.  

  7. The winners may be required for promotional activity.  

  8. MHF has the right to use the image entries for promotional and marketing activity.

  9. If, by Friday 21 June 2024, the prize winner has not provided MHF staff with the necessary contact details to allow the prize to be distributed, they will no longer be eligible to receive their prize and will be subject to a redraw.  

  10. The MHF accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, misdirected, incomplete, cannot be entered, or for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery in any of the events is not proof of acceptance by the MHF.  

  11. The MHF accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred by you as a result of entering the Pink Shirt Day 2024 Bunnings competition or accepting of a prize, including any damage to your or any other person’s technical devices eg. computer or phone, resulting from participation in the Pink Shirt Day 2024 Bunnings competition. 

  12. The MHF shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect of the competition.
